Payment Terms

How do I pay for the order?

• All orders require payment before delivery unless prior arrangements have been made. A proforma invoice will be sent upon submission of your order and will require payment prior to dispatch.
• We accept payments by cash, cheque, credit card (Mastercard and Visa only) and Direct Deposit
• Credit Card payments can be completed over the phone by calling us on (03) 9465 7957. A 1.6% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
• Late remittances will impact upon future orders. Any credit collection agency costs will be passed onto the customer
• Initial estimates are supplied free of charge. Second and subsequent estimates for amendments will be provided at a cost of $5.00 each
• All payments must be submitted in Australian Dollars (AUD$). We do not accept payment in other currencies unless by prior arrangement

Please check deliveries to ensure correctness of classes etc. Missing sashes will not be furnished after the event.
